Great Fishing Off Fort Lauderdale October

October 8, 2014

The Lady Pamela II had a six hour charter today with a group of fishermen from New Jersey. These guys all have their own boats in New Jersey and were ready to catch some meat fish. We went out to 350 feet of water and caught more than a dozen vermillion snappers. We also had surface baits out while fishing on the bottom and caught some nice dolphin and a couple of kingfish to help fill the fish box. We also got a 4 foot tiger shark to round out a pretty good six hours of fishing. The Fort Lauderdale weather’s been beautiful this week and the mullet run has just started. With lots of baitfish coming down the sailfishing should really pick up. Lady Pamela II sportfishing is ready when you are!
