So you want fresh fish?  Here at Lady Pamela Sportfishing, we do not sell your fish.  Unlike our competitors, your catch is yours to keep 100%.  We filet and provide in bags with ice for you to take home or take to your local restaurant.  We can advise you on the restaurants that will cook your catch.  Generally if you bring the fish, expect to pay half the cost of the meal.
This week we had guest from the Hilton Hotel in which we provide a package where you take your fresh catch directly back to the hotel and it will be prepped for you by their amazing chefs.  We were featured on the local news stations (for the 2nd time in a week) here.
