Cape Verde Best Marlin Fishing In The World

I just returned from fishing the Cape Verde Islands off the west coast of Africa aboard the sportfishing boat Hooker. It was a hell of a fishing trip as we were trying to set the women’s 8 lb world record for Blue Marlin. We had over 50 bites in seven days and got within 3 feet of the leader on only one fish. We ended up with no new records but a great time was had with my buddy Clay, and owners Jay and Candace.
