The Grouper is the most classic bottom fish for many anglers. Whether Gag, Black or Warsaw, a good size Grouper on the line means a successful day of fishing. Most South Florida Grouper are over 10 pounds with very few tipping the scale at +100 pounds. Groupers flock to a well presented bait sitting on the bottom from a 100 ft of water to 350 ft of water. The Lady Pamela II has landed several nice table sitters along with a few hefty ones whose mouths were bigger than our angler’s head.
